Commissioned Paintings
Original paintings capturing special places and moments of life.

Original paintings are currently created using oils on board in sizes usually ranging from 11" x 14" to 24" x 30" or as desired by the client. Pricing varies greatly - depending upon complexity and size of painting, research required (which is sometimes necessary), travel, photography, etc. Refer also to Techniques section of this site. Please contact me (Contact page) to discuss any ideas, possibilities, pricing, etc. regarding commissioned work.

Once we have reached an agreement regarding the work you wish commissioned and have agreed upon the downpayment amount, I can accept your money in person as cash, by check, or through your credit card over the phone (I have discontinued working with PayPal).

Limited Edition Giclees on canvas
Museum quality reproductions that should last a lifetime.

These signed and serialized prints are created with pigmented, archival quality ink printed on acid free 18 mil Poly-Cotton canvas and protected with a coating containing UV inhibitors to prevent fading over time.

The giclees are also available mounted on stretcher bars and ready for framing as desired to suit personal taste, home or office decor, etc. Framing is also available if desired.

These prints are created with pigmented, archival quality ink printed on acid free, premium grade paper which is sealed after printing with a laminate coating to prevent fading. Fine art textured, cotton based water color paper is also now available along with Somerset Velvet, Habnemuble Photo Rag and other paper by Crane & Co.

Paper prints are normally un-mounted are sent out in acid-free paper/packaging ready for matting, mounting and framing as desired by the customer.

11" x 14" - $185.00
16" x 20" - $200.00
20" x 24" - $225.00

Return/Refund Policy

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality items. You must be delighted with your order. Please open all shipments immediately and inspect the contents. Should an item be received in poor condition, we will replace, repair or make a full refund for the item. Please contact Customer Service at (510) 471-6578 or e-mail me at k.smith41@comcast.net within 2 days of receipt of item if there is a problem with your order. We will need information from the shipping box and the product(s) packaging.

While we make sure that every item leaving our facilities is packed securely for shipping, we are unable to control handling once it leaves our location. If a package is damaged in transit, we are able to make a claim with the shipping company and will reship the product. We will make arrangements with you so that the original package is returned to us and we can make a damage claim.

Delivery and Shipping Policies:

Orders are usually shipped with standard carriers such as UPS, Federal Express or the Post Office at the discretion of O’Lorell Art unless specified differently by the customer. Due to the nature of the business, the orders are usually submitted for printing, coating, mounting, Serialization, etc. and shipped to the customer within 10 working days after receipt of the order. If the image is in inventory the order usually ships within two working days.

O’Lorell Art does not sell or share any of your personal information without your authorization.

This privacy policy applies to all customers and any other parties with respect to information that is gathered throughout this Web site. Information that is collected is intended for the sole purpose of conduction legal business practices including all aspects of order fulfillment and customer service inquiries between the customer and O’Lorell Art.

When contacting O’Lorell Art, we reserve the right to contact you directly for our order fulfillment requirements and information about our products only. None of the information will be used or given to any other parties unless specifically requested by the customer to do so.
